Imagine 2020- William's Story
Greetings,
About 5 months ago I joined Imagine 2020, similar to the Concorde group, by taking a so called free test drive was first a pre-enrollee with a week to decide to join.
Other pre-enrollees signed on after me and if I signed up by a certain date I could be their sponsor and a team leader. Needless to say I was hooked, hook, line and sinker. To qualify, you must pay a one time setup fee,$20 a month membership fee, and buy monthly product packages.
Even though the minerals and vitamins are good products, they are too expensive. I had a downline of just four paid members, that should have been paying me each $20 a month for sponsoring with an over ride royalty. The total amount should have been $94.88 per month, greatly offsetting my expenses.
My total expenses were $126.00 and I figured I would build a bigger downline to get into making a profit. This never happened.
I spent a lot money on advertising, ezines, autoresponders, and advertised in as many free FFA's etc. You get the idea.
What really hurts is all the wasted calls to downline, upline sponsors, checking stats, and promoting. I really have nothing to show for this and mostly no money.
They broke all their promises, including the $80.00 a month commissions. When I called my upline sponsor, I was told that a honest mistake was made. I ended up loosing most of my downline, probably because they were jerked around as bad as I was. To make matters worse, when I asked for my money I was told that it was gone and I wouldn't get it. I was told for $149.00 I could buy additional leads to further build a downline.
The only money that they paid me was $14.88 twice and $4.04, about $33.00. At a guess, I figure I lost between $1,000 to $1500 not counting the many hours of work to promote this dead-end rip-off business.
New Vision is the company, that promotes the vitamins. Now, when I join a new business I will bailout, when I start to get similar results and much earlier.
Hope this will help someone in the future.
I can't really determine, whether this was an honest mistake on their part or a deliberate scam. In any event I will never get involved with this kind of company again. I can't really know that anyone else has ever made money with this company.
Kindest Regards,
William Edwards
Here is the latest from William: New Vision is guilt-free, called today and they were appalled by my story about imagine2020. It seems New Vision is contracted by imagine2020 to provide the products. They are looking into this situation and will let me know of the outcome. They do not want or need this kind of behavior or anybody complaining about services, etc.
Note from Shelley: If anybody else has feedback to offer about this opportunity we'd like to hear from you.
Since William sent this article he has been in touch with New Vision.
